Yes Gmail has a cool feature called Undo Send Email Option, where you can cancel an email while sending, but you have to do it within 5/10/20/30 Seconds (you need to set up time limit).

Undo Send Email in Gmail
So how to enable undo option? Go to your Gmail Inbox and follow below steps:
1. From your Gmail Inbox View on the top right side Click on this icon Gear Icon and Choose Settings option.

2. You get List of Tabs Click on General tab option and search for Undo Send option at the bottom of the page.
3. Now select Send cancellation period like 5, 10 seconds and click on Save Changes option at the bottom of the page.
