Click on Account & Settings

Choose Subtitles Section

and Customise how subtitles to appear on all your Amazon Prime Video registered devices.

You can Preset or Choose/Change Below Customization on Prime Video.

Color – 8 Colors Can be Chosen

Font Size – 5 Different font Sizes

Opacity – 50%, 75%, 100%

If you are a customer of Amazon India then using the Track by SMS feature you can check your Amazon Order Status or Refund Status easily, all you have to do is just send an sms from your mobile number on Amazon Wesbite.

To add/verify your mobile number on Amazon.in go to Your Account Section link https://amzn.to/3bvAJrO and Go to Login & Security Section and Add your mobile Number. By Default it will added, if not just update.

Track Amazon Order By SMS

Check Amazon Order Status by SMS

To Check Status of a Recent order send sms as below.

Format: order

Example: order and send sms to 7710000222

Once sent you will Receive SMS with details of most recent orders in the last 15 days.

Reply sms will be like below.

Your order for Trendy Works Unise.. is being handled by third party seller and will be delivered between 10-Sep and 12-Sep. Track: https://amzn.in/d/5

7710000222

To check Status of a Specific Order

Format: order last four digits of OrderID

Example: order 1947 to 07710000222

Upon sending you will receive SMS with status of specific order.

Check Amazon Refund Status by SMS

Format: refund

Example: SMS refund to 7710000222.

To Check Refund Status for a Specific Order

Format: refund last four digits of OrderID

Example: refund 1947 to 07710000222

SMS Charges may be applicable based on your Network or Mobile Plan.

Note: Track by SMS only works if you have added and verified your mobile number.

PS: If you just have an email account then you need add a verified mobile phone number to your Amazon account.
