Visit your home branch of IDBI and fill an application to open a locker and submit then you need to pay 1 year rent as deposit charges for opening a locker. And you need below documents

5. Locker Agreement

IDBI Locker Charges

Currently, IDBI Bank has 4 types of safe deposit lockers with Base and Premium Types and the Locker price charges vary based on the branch location, see below image.

Annual Locker Rent Charges:

One time Administrative Charges of Rs 555 will be charged and it Non Refundable.

IDBI Locker Discount

#1. For IDBI Bank Staff/Employees locker charges will be less than normal customers. They are eligible for 50% discount on the Annual Locker Rent for one locker only. Applicable Scheme codes RSSTF or RSSOD only.

#2. For Super Shakti & Jubilee Plus Savings account holders shall be eligible for annual
rent discount on any one locker of size A or size B only per account.

#3. For Power Plus Account Holders shall be eligible for 25% discount on locker charges.

#4. For Preferred IDBI Account customers shall be eligible for 50% discount on the annual locker rent on any size of Locker, for one locker only per account.

#5. IDBI Royale: Free Small size locker (A* size locker) or 50% discount on rent for sizes beyond.

#6. Royale Plus: Free “A to G” size locker or 50% Discount on sizes beyond. Discount
available for only one locker per account

IDBI Bank Free Locker Visits

In one year you can visit your IDBI locker 12 times for free.

After 12 free visits are finised than Rs 100 is charged for each visit to the locker.

IDBI Bank Locker Visit Timings

The Hirer/customer can operate the Safe Deposit Locker only on Bank’s working days and during business hours.

Lost IDBI Locker Keys

If you have lost your IDBI safe deposit locker keys then immediately report to IDBI branch.

For Loss of key / Drill Rs 500 is charged + Actual Charges

Locker Penal Charges for overdue rent:

Upto first quarter: 10% of annual rent.

Upto two quarters: 20% of annual rent.

Upto three quarters: 30% of annual rent.

Upto four quarters: 40% of annual rent.

You can reset or generate a new ATM PIN in 5 ways they are By SMS, Missed Call, IVR, at IDBI Bank ATM and through Internet Banking.

Generate New ATM PIN by SMS

You need to send sms to 9820346920 or 9821043718 in below format for Green PIN generation through SMS.

Format: GREENPIN Last 6 Digits of Debit Card

Example: GREENPIN 290707 and send sms to 9820346920 or 9821043718.

After you send you will get an OTP and request ID, visit any IDBI Bank ATM, insert your debit card then select Generate ATM PIN and Enter OTP.

Enter New ATM PIN of your choice.

Reset IDBI ATM PIN by IVR

Choose the Option to Generate ATM PIN, enter Customer ID and Debit Card number

You will receive an OTP to your mobile, enter it and create a new PIN of your choice.

Note: You cannot set your last PIN as your new PIN. Always choose a new different 4-digit PIN.

Log in to IDBI Bank Net Banking, Go to “Cards” Tab

Missed call banking service is free of cost, when you are sending an SMS For registration or de-registration process there will be SMS charges from your mobile operator.

You need to send SMS in below format from your registered mobile number to 9820346920 or 9821043718.

Format: CBR CUSTOMERID PIN NUMBER OF Cheque LEAVES P/M (ACCOUNT NUMBER)

Example: CBR 234124 b3dfr3 30 P

Where P is for By Person and for M by Mail. and also ACCOUNT NUMBER is optional

Upon sending SMS you will get an acknowledgment SMS from IDBI bank.
