You can block your TMB debit card or ATM card by calling the customer care number and request to block or hotlist the card.

TMB has provided a dedicated Number to for TMB ATM card block dial 08467974343.

Alternatively, you can also approach below TMB Customer care Numbers to block TMB ATM cum Debit card.

To block the card dial 04426223106 or 044 26223109 these are dedicated numbers for blocking TMB ATM Card.

Once connected to customer care team request to block the card by informing your account relevant details only if the person asks and never reveal your ATM card PIN for safety purpose.

Working hours for above numbers are 10 AM to 6 PM.

Note: Charges will be applied as per local tariff.

How do I block my TMB debit card?

By calling any of the dedicated number you can report and block your ATM card.

Alternatively you can also visit any nearest TMB branch and request them to block your ATM Card by writing a letter.

Note: Once you have blocked or hotlisted your TMB ATM card you cannot unblock the card, you need to get replacement of the card only.

For new card visit the branch and apply for the new ATM card.

Charges for new TMB ATM Card is Rs 200 + GST, Replacement of card will be charged only once on your bank account.

TMB Daily Withdrawal Limit

For TMB Smart Shopper Visa Card: Daily ATM cash withdrawal limit is Rs 30,000 in (TMB ATMs), in other ATMs Rs 15,000 and for daily pos spending limit is Rs 75,000 in a day.

For TMB Master Titanium Photo Debit Card: Daily withdrawal limit is Rs 50,000 and POS sale limit is Rs 75,000 and for ecom transactions limit is Rs 50,000

For TMB Contact-less Platinum Debit Card: Daily cash withdrawal limit is Rs 50,000 at any ATM and Rs 75,000 for POS and Rs 50,000 for ecom transactions.

For TMB Master Titanium Contact-less Debit Card: Daily cash withdrawal limit in ATM is Rs 50,000 and for pos,ecom limit is 75,000 and 50,000 respectively.

For TMB RuPay Kisan Debit Card: Daily withdrawal limit is Rs 50,000 and for POS limit is RS 75,000

TMB Business Card Withdrawal Limit

Currently Tamilnad Mercantile Bank TMB issues 2 types of ATM cum debit TMB Business Cards they are VISA Platinum Business Debit Card and Master Platinum Business Debit Card.

For VISA Platinum Business Debit Card: Daily withdrawal limit is Rs 1,00,000 and for pos/ecomm/internet transactions daily limit is Rs 2,00,000.

For Master Platinum Business Debit Card: Daily cash withdrawal limit at any ATM is Rs 1,00,000 and for POS/Internet transactions limit is Rs 2,00,000.

TMB ATM Withdrawal Charges

If you are withdrawing cash at any TMB ATM then unlimited free withdrawals.

For other bank ATMs 5 Free transactions per month (Financial + non-financial).

For Metro ATMs: 3 free transactions.

Thereafter ATMs then for Cash withdrawal Rs 20 + GST per Transaction and for Balance Inquiry, Mini-Statement and PIN Change Rs.7 + GST per enquiry is charged.

If you are withdrawing cash in any International ATM then Rs 100 per transactions is charged.

Note: For all TMB Debit card or ATM cards number of transactions in a day is 5 only.
