Reason 1: You have changed Smartphone
One of the high chances for Google Pay GPay Oops Something went wrong issue is because you have changed your Smartphone and using Google Pay App immediately.
Fix: Wait for 24 hours after you have switched on to your new phone, then try sending or transfer amount with your Google Pay app it should work.
Reason 2: Google Pay App Permission
Fix: Check in your smartphone whether you have Allowed all Google Pay App Permission like Contacts, Location, Phone, SMS, Camera, Files and Media.
You can check Gpay App Permission in Settings-> Apps -> Select GPay App -> Permissions
Reason 3: Clear Gpay Cache
Fix: When you have updated a newer version of GPay App sometimes there will be an issue with Cache Storage, so just clear or remove Gpay Cache to do it follow below steps.
Under Settings-> Apps -> Select GPay App -> Storage and Cache -> Clear Cache now open Gpay and try to tranfer using GPay.
