If you are an Idea cellular customer and would like to know who has called you when you are not in network reachable area or out of coverage area or you have switched off your Idea mobile then you need to activate Idea Missed Call Alert Value Added Service.

You can activate Idea missed call alert for both prepaid and postpaid customers.

Activate Idea Missed Call Alert

To activate missed call VAS from your Idea mobile dial 55715

Upon connected to call follow the instructions and activate missed call service.

Once activated when you come out of non coverage area or switch on your mobile a sms will be sent to your mobile, saying someone has called at so and so time.

Idea Missed Call Alert Charges

Missed call alert charges are Rs 30 per 30 days.

How to Deactivate Idea Missed Call Alert

To deactivate missed call alert you need to send a sms from your mobile number.

SMS as STOP to 155223

You will receive a reply and select the service you wish to deactivate.

Alternatively you can also call 155223 and deactivate any of the Value Added Service.
