Report by Calling Customer Care

When you see a false transaction happen on your account you need to immediately call the SBI toll-free number 1-800-111109 or 1800111109 and report the transaction.

The SBI customer care will ask few details about your SBI account and immediately blocks your ATM cum Debit card.

Report by Sending Email

Whenever a transaction happens on your SBI debit card you will get an email be like withdrawing cash from ATM or making a purchase on online websites. So if you got an email of a false transaction then just forward that email to unauthorisedtransaction@sbi.co.in from your registered email account with your SBI account, and also mention your account number(optional) and tell them to block your ATM card.

Whenever you withdraw money from ATM you will always get an email which states as Transaction alert for your State Bank of India Debit Card, just check the transaction if not done by you then just call above numbers of email them.
