BPL TV Installation

Once you received your TV from Flipkart or Amazon or any other online site, you will get a sms which says about installation. You can choose your own date and time for installation purpose.

The installation will be done within 48 hours of delivery of the TV. The service engineer will install your new TV, either on wall mount or on table top. Installation and demo are provided free of cost.

What Not Covered in Warranty?

Warranty does not Cover Any External Accessories (Such as Battery, Cable, Carrying Bag), Damage Caused to the Product due to Improper Installation by Customer, Normal Wear and Tear to Magnetic Heads, Audio, Video, Laser Pick-ups and TV Picture Tubes, Panel, Damages Caused to the Product by Accident, Lightening, Ingress of Water, Fire, Dropping or Excessive Shock, Any Damage Caused due to Tampering of the Product.

BPL Products which bought online, signed warranty card is not mandatory, bill of purchase/invoice copy will hold good for claiming warranty.

Currently there are no dedicated BPL service centers are available.

If you are facing any issue then call customer care and raise a ticket, then BPL customer care will assign a service engineer and get your product repaired at your Home or Office Address. Generally the servicing will take 1-3 days of time.
