Format for Blocking:

LOST last 4 digits of your card number and send sms to 9223815844

E.g., LOST 1210 and sms to 9223815844

In case you don’t know your ATM or Debit Card number send as below

LOST your 14 digits account number

E.g., LOST 25642578962154 and send sms to 09223815844

You will receive an acknowledgment on your registered mobile number confirming you the status of the request. Please note that this service is available only for Punjab & Sind cardholders who have registered their mobile number with the Bank.
