How to Block Dhanlaxmi Bank ATM Card

To report lost or ATM Card you need to the Bank over the telephone (Customer care) or by means of a written communications to the bank.

In the case of loss or theft of the card, the cardholder shall immediately report in writing about such loss/theft to nearest bank branch with instructions to hot-list/freeze and cancel the facility of ATM card in the Primary Account or call to the customer contact centre at +91 04876613000

How to Block Dhanlaxmi Bank ATM Card Debit Card

The branch will issue a new ATM–Cum-Debit card after proper verification, at its sole discretion and upon receipt of written request along with a copy of the FIR lodged with the police authorities.

A prescribed fees of Rs.100 will be charged for issue of new ATM-Cum-Debit card.
