You need to perform below step from the Registered mobile number which is linked to your HDFC Credit Card.

Get HDFC Credit Card OTP By Sending SMS to 9717465555 for Online transactions

9717465555

Please use this Password on the IVR/Website when prompted for the Password while performing Online transactions.

To request a new OTP for your HDFC Credit Card online transaction send a sms as below to 09717465555.

Format: PWD XXXX (where XXXX is the last 4 digits of your Credit Card number)

Example: PWD 1210 and send sms to +919717465555

You can also send above sms to 5676712

Note: Premium SMS charges will be applicable when you send a sms to 5676712 i.e., Rs 3 per sms and sms sent to 9717465555 will be mostly free.

PS: All the newly requested OTPs will be valid only for 10 minutes.
