Block BSNL SIM By Customer Care

When your BSNL mobile phone is lost then quickly call to BSNL customer care center 9415024365.

Answer the queries asked by the customer care then request them to block your BSNL mobile number.

Also you need to lodge a police complaint(not sure whether this is mandatory now).

How to Block BSNL SIM Mobile Phone Number for Prepaid and Postpaid Customers

You need to do above step for both Prepaid and Postpaid BSNL Number.

You can call from any other mobile number and tell your details.

Can I block my SIM if my phone is lost?

Yes, if you have lost your phone you can block the SIM card by calling 9415024365.

Why my BSNL SIM blocked or Locked?

One of the reason SIM gets blocked is due to 3 wrong entry of PIN number or wrong entry of PUK number 10 times.
If above is done then your BSNL sim gets blocked.
You need to call 9415024365 to get BSNL PUK numbers to unlock the BSNL sim.

How to Get New BSNL Sim

Visit any nearest BSNL office carry your original id card/proof and copy of the same and ask for the replacement of your BSNL sim card.

Your new BSNL sim will be activated in 2 to 3 hours upon activation.
