Upon sending you will get a reply like the below from MyGov Helpdesk WhatsApp

Now Choose DigiLocker Services Option, the Helpdesk will show as below.

If you have a DigiLocker account reply with Yes, else No to open an account or activate.

Now For the account holders, it will ask you to enter the 12-digit Aadhaar number like below.

Great! Please enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number without any space.

💡 Note – DigiLocker uses Aadhaar to verify the identity of the user and also enable authentic document access.

An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number Enter the OTP.

Now All documents available in your DigiLocker account will appear on WhatsApp.

Choose from the list of documents that can be downloaded and the document will be downloaded in PDF format.
