You need to send the short code SMS in below format to official Axis bank number 5676798 from your registered mobile number.

Axis Bank OTP for Debit Card Credit Card By Sending SMS To 5676798

Upon sending SMS You will receive a SMS which contains 6 digit numeric One Time Password (OTP) to your registered mobile number just enter OTP to initiate an online transaction.

Every OTP is valid only for 1 transaction and is valid for 30 minutes and You can request for the OTP to be re-sent only 2 times, if OTP still not received then try again with new SMS.

If you enter Axis Debit / Credit Card OTP incorrectly for 3 unsuccessful OTP attempts, then your Axis Card will be blocked for 3D Secure Online transactions.

You can use this Axis Card OTP service by SMS for Axis VISA/MasterCard for Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Code websites only.

Note: Sending SMS to 5676798 will be charged at Rs 3 Per SMS as it is a special short code number.
