Dear TATA SKY subscriber thank you for your request. We will credit your account in next 4 hrs. so kindly keep your setup box in ON/ Standby mode. Credit amount will be adjusted against outstanding amount if any.

The credit amount loan could be for 7 days and after that the credited amount will be debited from the user’s account as soon as they re-activate the service without any interest.
