Thomson TV Installation

Once you have received your Thomson Tv you will get a message/sms from Flipkart or Vendor in which they will communicate with you about the day and time slot of the scheduled Installation and Demo to be done. You can also see this in your orders section.

Thomson TV Installation and Demo service is free of cost.

You can ask the Thomson service engineer to install your new TV on wall mount or on table top, its your wish. And he shows the demo of the TV as well.

The wall mount will be provided free of cost and is available with in the Box, any additional accessories will be charged separately.

What Covered in Thomson Warranty?
Defect arising out of Faulty or defective material or workmanship, Parts and Labor cost is covered.

Not Covered in Warranty?

Modification or alteration of any nature is made in the electrical circuitry/or physical construction of the set.

Defects due to cause beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage, acts of god or while in transit to service center or purchaser’s residence. The warranty does not cover any external accessories such as battery, cable, carrying bag etc.,
