Vodafone missed call alert can be activated for both prepaid and postpaid customers.

Activate Vodafone Missed Call Alert

To activate Missed Call Information by sms see below,

For Prepaid Customer:

Send SMS as ACT MCI to 144

For Postpaid Customers:

Send SMS as ACT MCI to 199

To Activate Missed call alerts by USSD dial *888*810# from your Vodafone mobile.

To activate via IVR dial 12385

Deactivate Vodafone Missed Call Alerts

To deactivate missed call information service you need to send in below format.

For Prepaid subscriber: CAN MCI and send sms to 144

For Postpaid subscriber: CAN MCI and send sms to 199

You can also Send SMS as STOP to 155223

Vodafone Reverse Missed Call Information

To activate Reverse Missed Call Information

For Postpaid: Send sms as ACT RMCI to 199

For Prepaid: Send sms as ACT RMCI to 144

By USSD dial *888*982#
By IVR call to 12384

Deactivation Reverse Missed Call Information Service

For Postpaid: Send sms as CAN RMCI to 199

For Prepaid: Send sms as RMCI to 144
