1. New Idea 4G SIM:

If you took a new Idea 4G SIM then for 24 hours you will not be receiving any sms on your mobile number, 24 hours is since the time of activation of your new idea sim.

Here, It can be like even you are Old idea customer but took new idea sim for example your existing idea sim is not working, or stolen/lost sim.

2. Do Not Disturb Service:

You might have activated Do Not Disturb service, if so you will not be receiving sms from the providers.

3. Message App Memory:

Check the phone message app memory is full or not

1. Wrong SMS Message Centre Number

If you changed or Upgraded to New 4G SIM then you will not be able to send sms message from your idea mobile number for 24 hours, this is beacuse of a security measurement from the mobile network.

3. Not Used SMS Service

If you did not sent any sms from the last 6 months there could be chance that your mobile network provider may cancel the sms service on your idea mobile number. Just call to the Idea customer care and ask them to reactivate message sms service so that you can send sms.

4. Wrong Date and Time

Check your mobile phone Date and Time, if the date or time is wrong in your mobile phone then ther could be chance that you will not be able to send sms from idea number.
