Enable 2 Step Verification for Google Gmail Accounts

1. Login to your Gmail account and on the upper right corner click on My Account Button or (https://myaccount.google.com/).

2. It will display Your Account Details Page, Now click on Signing in to Google under Sign-in & security Tab.

3. Now search for 2-Step Verification Tab, it will display a new page.

4. It will ask you to login, after this Enter Your Mobile Phone Number then give the received Code and Click on Turn On Button.

Enable 2 Step Verification on Twitter

1. Log in to your Twitter Account.

2. From Top Right on Your Profile Icon Search for Settings or go to https://twitter.com/settings/account.

3. Now click on Security and privacy Tab, Search for Login verification then Check the Box and Enter Mobile Number.

4. Enter the received code and now you have activated 2 Step Verification on Twitter.

Enable two Step Verification on Facebook

1. Login to Facebook and on Top Right click on dropdown

2. Go to Security and Login on Right Side or see this direct link https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=security

3. Search for Use two-factor authentication on the same page, use your mobile number and Turn on Two-factor authentication.

You can also enable Security Keys, Code Generator, Recovery Codes, App Passwords ·and Authorized Logins for extra layer security.

Enable Two-step verification on Dropbox

1. Sign in to your dropbox account and on top right sidebar, click on settings icon

2. Now go to Security section and look for Two-step verification

3. Turn on the Button and update your mobile phone number.

Two-step verification adds an extra layer of protection to your account.

How to Enable Undo Send Email Option in Gmail

Ever came across sending an email to wrong person? Yes! Don’t Worry.!

If you are using Gmail, then no need to worry about sending email to wrong person.

Yes Gmail has a cool feature called Undo Send Email Option, where you can cancel an email while sending, but you have to do it within 5/10/20/30 Seconds (you need to set up time limit).

So how to enable undo option? Go to your Gmail Inbox and follow below steps:

1. From your Gmail Inbox View on the top right side Click on this icon Gear Icon and Choose Settings option.

How to Delete Bulk Emails on Gmail

If you have bulk of emails on your gmail account and want to delete all the emails at one glance, or all the inbox emails at once you can follow below instructions.

Delete Bulk Emails on Gmail

1. On the search bar on top type -> in:inbox and press enter

2. Now click on “Select: All”

3. Now click on “All conversations selected. Select all that match this search”

4. Now click on “Delete” button.

After above procedure is done you need to delete the email from Trash also goto Trash Folder and type -> in:trash then delete all the emails from Trash on gmail.

Note: All Trash emails on gmail will be automatically deleted every 30 days.

Today morning I am sending an email to my friend and need to attach few documents, images. I composed the email body with some text as “Please find attached files”, and I forgot to attach the Files and Clicked on the Send button.

but Viola! I got an Alert Saying “It seems like you forgot to attach a file”.

then I clicked on cancel and attached Zip files.

But I found this option is amazing, so that even though if you forget to attach it will alert you.

1. Firstname.Lastname@gmail.com is Equal to FirstnameLastname@gmail.com.

For E.g., Vivek.anand@gmail.com == Vivekanand@gmail.com

You can also sign in with either of account i.e., without .(dot) also you can able to sign in.

2. After your gmail you can append any name.

E.g., Vivekanand+coolguy@gmail.com is same as Vivekanand@gmail.com

3. Your gmail has 2 addresses gmail and googlemail.

E.g., Vivekanand@gmail.com and Vivekanand@googlemail.com
both are same email addresses.
